Thai yoga massage, also known as Thai massage, is a unique & holistic healing practice with its roots in ancient Thailand. It combines elements of yoga, acupressure & passive stretching to restore balance & promote overall well-being. During a Thai yoga massage session, we apply rhythmic pressure along energy lines in the body. This therapeutic massage not only eases muscle tension but also improves circulation, increases flexibility, & releases blockages, leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. This practice is done on a yoga mat, fully clothed.
